1. What the service does
The Service provides client-side counting of text in your web browser. The Service does not receive, store, process or transmit the text you count. All computation happens locally on your device.
2. Acceptable use
You may use the Service for any lawful purpose. You may not use it in a way that disrupts the Service or infringes the rights of others.
3. Your content
Any text you enter or paste remains entirely yours and is handled only by your own browser. You are responsible for the content you choose to count, copy or share.
4. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Counts are best-effort and may differ from other tools or platforms (for example, how sentences or unicode characters are counted). Always verify against the target platform's own counter when an exact limit matters.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
6. Advertising
The Service may display advertising served by third parties (see the privacy policy). Third-party advertising networks have their own terms and privacy policies.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date above reflects the latest revision; continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
